Maiarelli Studio, in collaboration with KOKO Architecture, has recently completed JAPAN BRAND: The Wish List, a pop-up shop that opened on November 23 at the Felissimo Design House in Midtown Manhattan. The project is supported by the Japanese government and coordinated by Felissimo. The pop-up shop features a unique collection of contemporary products from 30 regions of Japan. The shop also includes an installation where visitors can contribute a wish of their own to the interactive Wish Wall, and see what other New Yorkers are wishing for this holiday. Our design team has worked on all aspects of this project including naming, graphics, advertising, signage, packaging, website, sales assistants' uniforms, a video and architecture. The pop-up store will be opened until December 24.
